By accessing this website or purchasing a ticket to any Vrouventure event, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Services Offered

Vrouventure is a women-only community platform that offers:

  • Paid event tickets for meetups, day trips, and weekend getaways

  • Access to our email newsletter and social channels

  • Informational resources and occasional digital downloads

All event ticketing is handled through third-party platforms (primarily Luma), and payments are processed securely via Stripe.

2. Eligibility

All Vrouventure events are open to women aged 18 and above only. By booking a ticket, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Payment & Booking

  • All bookings must be paid in advance via the ticketing platform.

  • All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows, under any circumstances.

  • Tickets are non-transferable to other guests or events.

4. Event Participation & Risk

By participating in a Vrouventure event, you understand and agree that:

  • You are attending at your own risk.

  • Vrouventure does not provide gear or equipment.

  • Activities may involve third-party providers (e.g., kayak rentals, bike companies), and Vrouventure is not liable for the operations or conditions of these services.

  • Vrouventure shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or incident that occurs before, during, or after any event.

5. Community Guidelines

Vrouventure exists to foster connection, fun, and support between women in the Netherlands. To maintain a safe and inclusive space:

  • All participants must behave with respect, kindness, and consideration.

  • Discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.

  • Vrouventure reserves the right to remove any participant from an event or the community for any reason, without refund.

  • If you experience or witness inappropriate behavior, please contact us immediately.

6. Photos & Media Use

  • Photos and videos may be taken during events. These may include guests in candid or group settings.

  • By attending, you grant Vrouventure the right to use images or footage for commercial use, marketing, and social media content.

  • If you do not wish to appear in any media, please inform us before or during the event—your request will always be respected.

  • Guests are welcome to share images for personal use, but use for external commercial or promotional purposes is not allowed without written permission.

7. Use of Third-Party Services

Vrouventure uses the following third-party platforms to provide its services:

  • Luma (for ticketing and event access)

  • Stripe (for secure payment processing)

  • Google Forms (occasionally for signups or feedback)
